Project Planning and Outreach
Building wealth is difficult when you are earning minimum wage. For this reason I have worked with both non-profit agencies and private enterprise to educate communities at the margins of economic prosperity. My community economic development efforts have ranged from helping moderate income families purchase their first home, to helping middle class families save for their children's education, to coordinating a scholarship program for farmworker youth. With a strong background in City Regional Planning, and extensive knowledge ranging from Southern California's urban areas, to rural Oregon's agricultural economy, along with the green and sustainable focus of Portland, no region or topic is too complex.
